Refund Policy

A refund MAY be available upon request: If a guardian cancels registration prior to the season starting a refund less a $30 processing fee will be made available, upon request. Once the 2025 CYO Track & Field Season starts on Saturday, March 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued on or after this date. Please note the following: Refunds will only be given upon request and will not be automatic. All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow 14 business days for processing after approval.
